About Southern Soul
Southern Soul is a Fort Collins–based food truck, founded in 2022, that brings Cajun and Southern barbecue to large, multi-day events all across Colorado. You can find us slinging plates at major festivals like Frozen Dead Guy Days, The Greeley Stampede, The Larimer County Fair and many more.
Our menu leans on Cajun and Southern BBQ favorites, headlined by our signature Cajun Eggrolls. Other crowd pleasers include the Southern Fried Catfish Basket, Brisket Mac n Chz, Pulled Pork Nachos topped with Hatch Chile Queso, Jalapeño Hushpuppies, Chicken & Andouille Gumbo, and our refreshing Homemade Blackberry Lemonade.
We're committed to quality at every step — smoking all of our own brisket and pork, hand-rolling every eggroll, and preparing all of our sauces (including our rich cheese sauces) completely from scratch.
Our Story
Founded in 2022 in Fort Collins out of a love for Cajun cooking and Southern BBQ. In just a few seasons we've become a regular at some of Colorado's biggest festivals.

Service Area
Based in Fort Collins, we travel all over Colorado for large multi-day festivals and events — from Denver, Boulder, Loveland, Greeley, Longmont and Lyons out to mountain towns like Estes Park and beyond. If you're putting on a festival or major event, we'd love to be part of it.
